What is the ECV Program by CEO mindPower?

The mindPower™ ECV (Exceptional Customer Value) Program provides structured requirements for engaging companies to benchmark and enhance their ECV provided to customers applying measurable factors.

Objective: To recognize & promote different industry leaders that truly execute a customer-centric culture in providing exceptional product, treatment and services to  their  customers, which eventually leads to customer, staff performance, and business growth.

The ECV Program is by invitation only. CEO mindPower will conduct vigorous background research before connecting with brands that have the potential to be certified.

How does it work?

Potential companies will be contacted by CEO mindPower. You will be offered a free consultation with CEO mindPower’s founder, Ms. Annie C.E. Leung. If eligible, CEO mindPower will send a proposal to your company inviting you for ECV certification.
